Available Positions

Landscape Maintenance & Landscape Construction Crew Members

-Passion for plants 

-Desire to learn new techniques 

-Willing to pull weeds, mow, plant, plow and make repairs to irrigation systems

-Gardening experience 

-Landscaping & irrigation experience 

 

Heavy Equipment Operators 

– Operate excavators, skid steers, and other heavy machinery with precision and safety

– Complete grading, trenching, and site prep work for residential and commercial projects 

– Maintain equipment and follow daily safety checklist and maintenance procedures 

–Work closely with project managers and crew leads to execute job plans efficiently

Project Manager

– Lead and coordinate landscaping and excavation projects from start to finish 

– Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members to keep jobs on schedule and budget 

– Oversee permits, site plans, inspections, and material ordering as needed 

– Manage timelines, delegate tasks, and ensure high-quality standards on every job site
